When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes access data such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Contact form
The contact form is operated via the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). On submission, the completed form fields – depending on the type of enquiry, among others name, email address, sport or company, and your message – are transmitted to Formspree, stored there and forwarded as an email to kontakt@beknownmanagement.de. Formspree operates its servers in the USA; according to the provider, the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry serves to initiate a contractual relationship, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Your enquiry is then handled further by email.
To be completed before publication: data processing agreement with Formspree, the full company name and address of the provider, retention period of the entries in the Formspree account, and a review of the transfer to the USA
Fonts
Font files are served from the same server as this website. Loading the fonts does not create a connection to Google.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses no analytics or tracking services and sets no cookies. Your chosen language is stored locally in your browser so it can be used on your next visit.
